- On September 30th, 2023, the SCJ Olton Friary community, alongside the parishioners, came together to bid farewell to Fr. Enrico Fregerio SCJ, who had faithfully served with the Friary Parishioners for five and a half years.

- On the October 18, at the age of 55 years, Mrs. Kossreu Marguerite died. She was the mother of Br Kouassi Henri Joël SCJ, of the community of Adiapodoumé, Vicariate of Ivory Coast.

- Today, October 28, Fr. John Britto Irudhayam SCJ returned to the Father's House. He was 48 years of age and 20 years of religious life. He was a member of the community of Adigundanahally - Yadavanahally (St. Myriam of Jesus Crucified Region, Vicariate of India).

- On November 27, the Superior General, Fr. Gustavo Agín SCJ, convened the Council of the Congregation at the General House in Rome.

- On the 22nd of November the Vicariate and parishioners at Olton Friary gathered around Brother Liam Finucane SCJ to celebrate his 70th Birthday and to thanks God for his 40 years as a religious brother.

- Bicentenary of the priestly ordination of Saint Michael Garicoïts
- To celebrate the bicentenary of the priestly ordination of Saint Michael Garicoïts, on 20 December, a day of reflection, prayer and priestly fraternity took place in Betharram: Betharramites religious from Pau and Anglet (Côte Basque community) gathered together with around twenty priests from two deaneries of the diocese of Bayonne.
