Togetherness Day for the English Vicariate Assembly in Shallowford
The Vicariate gathered for our Assembly 4th and 5th December. Fr Austin Hughes SCJ presented the main themes from the General Chapter - ‘Be Open’ ‘Arise’ and ‘Walking Together’, at which we received a copy of the Acts of the XXVIII General Chapter.
Our gathering concluded with a special Mass celebrating the 200 anniversary of St Michael’s ordination.
Also during our gathering, we read and shared the opening letter from Fr Gustavo Agín SCJ (NEF October 2023). Fr Biju Antony, Regional Vicar Chaired the assembly, updated the news and thanked the gathering.
