Greetings from the English communities to Fr. Enrico Frigerio SCJ, appointed Regional Vicar in Italy
On September 30th, 2023, the SCJ Olton Friary community, alongside the parishioners, came together to bid farewell to Fr. Enrico Fregerio SCJ, who had faithfully served with the Friary Parishioners for five and a half years.
A thanksgiving mass was held in honor of our Blessed Mother. During the service, Fr. Biju Anthony Panthalukkaran SCJ, the Regional Vicar in England, shared a brief biography of Fr. Enrico, highlighting his dedicated service to the church and congregation.
The lay companions and Vicariate Council gathered different days to say farewell to Fr Enrico.
Fr. Enrico expressed his gratitude to the Lord and extended heartfelt thanks to the Friary Parishioners for their warm welcome and unwavering support during his tenure as the Regional Superior of the St. Miriam Region. Following the mass, parishioners, along with the SCJ community, honored Fr. Enrico with a heartfelt celebration, wishing him all the best in his new role as the Regional Vicar in Italy.
