Ivory Coast - Yamoussoukro
On Sunday July 30th, after a seven-days retreat with the diocesan priests, Fr Hervé was presented as the new Parish Priest of the Saint Felix Parish of Sinzibo. The members of the community are: Frs Hervé Kouame, Arsène Noba, Théophile Degni and Br Alfred Nandjui.
On October 2-3, the full community was present at the inauguration of the new Pastoral Year of the Diocese and the Bishop Mons Marcelin Kouadio presented the theme of the year May all they be one
so that the world will believe that you sent me (Jn 17.21). He also commented on the 2012-2013 Pastoral Project.
The day after, the community had a two days gathering in the Basilica of Yamoussoukro in order to reflect on the community project and on the pastoral activity of the Parish following the guidelines of the Pastoral Project of the Diocese. At the end of these days of reflection and prayer, on October 7 the Parish of Saint Felix called his first Pastoral Council that took the decision of starting the pastoral year on November 4th.
