Priestly ordination of Br. Pobitro Minj SCJ
The 28th of January was a day full of joy for the Vicariate of India. In fact, the Vicariate gathered around Fr. Pobitro Minj SCJ, on the day he was ordained a priest, and the first Betharramite priest hailing from Assam.
Fr. Pobitro was ordained a priest by the imposition of the hands of Mgr. Thomas Pulloppillil, Bishop of Bongaigaon.
Our heartfelt congratulations to Fr. Pobitro Minj for this important step on his journey at the service of the Church in the Congregation of the Sacred Heart of Jesus of Betharram. May his priestly ministry express ever more the tenderness and mercy of the Lord Jesus, face of the Father.
