Feast of Saint Michael Garicoits in the Vicariate of Thailand and Vietnam
On 10th May 2025 the vicariate of Thailand and Vietnam celebrated the Feast of Saint Michael Garicoits at Betharram Foundation Chomthong, Chiangmai.
The Holy Mass was presided by Fr. Alberto Penza SCJ, and concelebrated by members of the vicariate, religious and diocesan priests.
On the occasion, the faithful and religious congratulated Fr. Penza SCJ celebrated 60 years of priesthood, 25 years in the religious life of Fr. Luke Kriangsak Kitsakunwong SCJ the regional vicar, 25 years in Religious life of Fr. Thomas Hiran Klinbuakaew SCJ, and 26 years in the religious life of Fr. Gabriel Porchai Sukjai SCJ.
On that auspicious ceremony, Br. Paulo Artit Jamo SCJ made his first religious profession at the hands of Rev. Fr. Wilfred Pereppadan SCJ, the Regional Superior of St. Miriam region.
