Celebration for the Priesthood Anniversary of Fr. Ennio Bianchi, SCJ
On Sunday, September 22, 2025, in the Church of San Guglielmo in Castellazzo, during the usual 5:30 PM Mass, the community gathered around Father Ennio Bianchi SCJ to celebrate a significant milestone: the 60th anniversary of his priestly ordination.
The church was full, not only with regular parishioners, but also with many people Fr. Ennio has met and worked with over the years — parish groups, volunteers, the choir, and lots of friends. Concelebrating with him were Fr. Tarcisio Giacomelli SCJ, Fr. Giacomo Spini SCJ, Superior of the Lissone-Castellazzo community, and Fr. Enrico Frigerio SCJ, Regional Vicar in Italy, in a spirit of festivity and deep gratitude.
After Mass, everyone was invited to continue the celebration in the parish hall with an “apericena” (a light dinner buffet), lovingly prepared by parish volunteers.
Sixty years of priesthood isn’t just a number, it’s the sign of a life lived with passion, dedication, and deep faith in service of the Gospel, the people, and the Betharramite family, always inspired by the fatherly wisdom of Saint Michael.
