“They will still bear fruit in old age”
On 3 December, the traditional meeting with relatives and friends of the Betharramite religious took place in Albavilla.
The day began with the celebration of the Eucharist and the Italian religious who died after the general chapter in 2017 were remembered. The Mass was followed by a lecture by Fr. Ercole Ceriani SCJ who, commenting on some paintings of Saints Joachim and Anna, shared a reflection on the "fertility" of older age starting from a verse of Psalm 92, "They will still bear fruit in old age”.
The participants followed with interest the lecture, which was followed by a fraternal agape during which all had the opportunity to exchange the festive greetings with the Betharramite religious who participated in this event.
