Day of joy and hope

On Saturday, October 16, in the Sacred Heart Cathedral of Chiang Mai (Thailand), our deacons James Thanit Panmanikun scj and Peter Rawee Permpoonwicha scj were ordained priests by Mgr Francis Xavier Vira Armpondratana, Bishop of the Diocese of Chiang Mai.

Because of the Covid restrictions, only a limited number of people were allowed to participate in the celebration. Many people, however, could join the ceremony through the live streaming.
