In Thailand life goes back to normal… with alertness…
The Betharramite centers in the Vicariate of Thailand have opened their doors to welcome young students for the beginning of the new academic year which started on July 1st.
The opening of the academic year was postponed for over a month due to the health emergency that affected Thailand too.
This was the case at Maepon (Maepon Community) in the Chiang Mai Region, which welcomed 107 young students (from 6 to 23 years old) hailing from the Karian ethnic group.
Further north, in the Chiang Rai Region, the Holy Family Catholic Center (Ban Pong - Phayao Community) welcomes one hundred or so children of the Akha ethnic group.
