Missionary initiative of the Association "AMICI of Betharram"
At the Archiepiscopal College "Alessandro Volta" in Lecco (Italy), the Lenten season was marked by an initiative of solidarity taken in collaboration with the missionary association "AMICI di Betharram Onlus”, thanks to the presence of Laura, a young teacher who in the month of December lived an experience in the Betharramite mission of "Holy Family Catholic Center" of Ban Pong (Thailand).
During the Lenten season, the primary school children followed a programme concluded on Friday 12 April with a frugal dinner and the Via Crucis at the Sanctuary of Victory.
Here Giovanni Parolari (of the Association "AMICI di Betharram ONLUS") on behalf of the association expressed his gratitude to those present by presenting the Betharramite communities working in Thailand and the missionary activities they are carrying out.
