Lenten retreat for the Religious of the Vicariate
In the morning of Saturday, March 25, the Betharramite religious went on a one day Lenten retreat to the hermitage Saint Padre Pio of the Capuchin Friars at Bouar.
Fr Bassani, Capuchin, gave a reflection on a passage taken from Pope Francis’ Message for Lent 2017: "The Word is a gift. Other persons are a gift”.
All the religious spent time in silent prayer to reflect on their relationship with God and with other people.
Lent is a time to grow.
