Vocation promotion in Ivory Coast
Saturday, May 7, the day before the Vocations Sunday, a dozen of young people gathered in the Betharramite Parish of Saint Felix (Yamoussoukro) to discern their vocation.
The youth, coming from different parishes of the Diocese, had an eventful day .
On the schedule: welcome, reflection on "St. Michael Garicoits, the saint of the “Here I Am” by Father Luc-Martial scj; then a second topic on the "History of Betharram" by the Regional Vicar for Côte d'Ivoire, Fr Herve Kouakou Kouamé scj; finally, the Eucharistic celebration followed by lunch.
It was a beautiful day. The youth went home with their minds and herts more ready to discern and accept the will of God in their life…
