In the afternoon of Wednesday, July 8, Fr Joaquim Soares Moreira SCJ died, after a sudden declining of his health conditions. He was 85 years of age and 63 years of religious life.
The religious and lay people of the community of the College of São Miguel cared for him with great love and concern.
We join the Vicariate of Brazil in praying to the Lord that He may welcome him into his
eternal happiness.
May Our Lady of Betharram and our Father Saint Michael Garicoits intercede for him.
