Inauguration of a new section of the school building in Hojai
May 14 - The Betharramite Community in Hojai, in charge of the Parish Christ the Redeemer and the “Don Bosco” Parish school since October 2011, invited Mons John Moolachira, Archbishop of Guwahati, for the inauguration of a new section of the school building.
The extension works, started by Fr Subesh and Fr Jose (when he was still a scholastic), were undertaken because of the growing number of students coming to the school. The building has now 12 more class rooms to meet the needs of the local people. On the occasion of the concelebration in honor of their Founder, Saint Michael Garicoits, the Archbishop of Guwahati expressed his gratitude to the Betharram community for the precious work carried out both in the school and in the parish.
