Ivory Coast - Adiapodoumé
Sunday, August 26, the parish of Saint Bernard of Adiapodoumé celebrated the conclusion of the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of foundation (1962-2012).
The climax of the day was the Eucharistic Celebration presided over by Mons Ignace Bessi Dogbo, Bishop of Katiola, a native of the parish.
Then the parish showed its cultural and ethnic richness (hence its name arc-en-ciel, that is rainbow) with dances and songs accompanied by a brass band. A fraternal meal was also part of the celebration. On this memorable occasion, all the participants expressed their gratitude to the Lord for the graces He showered throughout the past 50 years.
See you in one hundred years!
