Sunday, April 22th, was the D-day of the 25th anniversary celebrations for the presence of the Congregation of the Sacred Heart of Jesus of Betharram in Niem, a village in northern Central African Republic.

On December 9, during the recent canonical visitation to the Vicariate of Central African Republic, Fr. Gaspar, Superior General,  bravely set out on a dilapidated road in order to join the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the founding of the chapel "Sacred Heart of Jesus” Bogbatoyo.

On Saturday 27 January, the community of Adiopodoumé celebrated, during the morning Eucharistic celebration, the institution as acolytes and lectors several brothers.

On June 28, at Tshanfeto (Adiapodoumé, Côte d'Ivoire), there took place the ceremony of presentation of certificates to 50 members of the 15th course of the trainees. This ceremony, sponsored by the Ministry of Solidarity, Family, Women and Children, was a real success.

On 3 and 4 October a children’s camp was organized at the Vidhya Jyothi School, Jyothi Nagar, Mangalore.

The Betharram Seminary, Mangalore celebrated Christmas in advance on December 8, on the Feast of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Mary.
