On December 9, during the recent canonical visitation to the Vicariate of Central African Republic, Fr. Gaspar, Superior General, bravely set out on a dilapidated road in order to join the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the founding of the chapel "Sacred Heart of Jesus Bogbatoyo.
Bogbatoyo is a village 80 km away from Niem (where the community is based) and was the first mission post of the parish.
Fr Gaspar was able to feel the vitality of the Church in Central African Republic in spite of all the difficulties she has been going through in these recent years.
