On 22, 23 and 24 April, the Religious Community on mission in Nova Fátima, Diocese of Serrinha (Brazil), welcomed the young Lucas de Araújo Oliveira, from the city of Conceição do Coité, who has already gone through a process of vocational discernment.

The first week of the formation session in view of final profession was dedicated to pilgrimages. Our young brothers visited the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Betharram with deep devotion. Then they went up the hill of the Way of the Cross in prayer; the day after they went to Lourdes with the same devotion.

August 7, the Superior General, Fr Gaspar Fernandez Perez SCJ, is on a visit to Vietnam, accompanied by Father Xavier Le Van Cuong, a Vietnamese priest who is studying in Rome and lives in our community "Our Lady of Miracles."

On February 14, in the evening, the Superior General, Fr Gaspar Fernandez Perez SCJ, went to the Vatican to greet some of new cardinals who know the Congregation of Bétharram through the mission work that the  Betharramite Religious are carrying out in their respective dioceses.
