Since last year, in the Vicariate of Paraguay, we have seen the importance and need to carry on promoting Vocational Youth Ministry within the framework of a new ecclesiality. In an assembly of the religious of the Vicariate, Fr. Sergio Leiva SCJ was appointed responsible for the Vocation Apostolate, in collaboration with the religious in charge in each community.

The church in Thailand celebrates it's 350th Anniversary of the beginning of the evangelization of the Catholic Mission of Siam. At the same time, the Vicariate of Thailand celebrates it's 68 years of presence in the Asian Country. This celebration is held from 20 till 26 October 2019 & it is led by Rev. Fr. John Chan Kunu SCJ, the Regional Vicar in Thailand. They celebrate it by making the annual retreat by walking in the footsteps of the first missionaries.
