The Dn. Chris Napoleon Pelayo Nombres, a Filipino member of the Congregation of the Franciscans of Our Lady of the Poor, has asked to enter our Congregation. 
On October 27, the Superior General, with the consent of his Council, accepted him for a period of at least three years of probation, as requested by the Rule of Life.

We welcome him with joy as a gift of the Lord so that he can discern whether the Lord calls him to live the impulse of the Incarnate Word in our Family of Betharram.
Dn. Chris Napoleon is living at present in our community in Bethlehem. We have entrusted Fr. Jean-Paul Kissi Ayo scj, Master of the novices of the Region St. Michael Garicoïts to guide him in this period of probation.

• On December 2, the Congregation for the Institutes of Consecrated Life and the Societies of Apostolic Life granted the indult of leaving our Congregation to Fr. Chaiyot Chaorenkun and Fr. Chanchai Temaroonrung from the Vicariate of Thailand, in view of their incardination in the Diocese of Nakhon Sawan (Thailand).
• Besides, the Superior General received from the same Congregation the document confirming the decree of dismissal of Br. Martial Mengué (Vicariate of Central African Republic) from our Congregation.

We painfully acknowledge the separation of these brothers. We wish them to continue their following of Jesus where ever they will be. Let us accompany them with our prayer.
