On 14th May we Betharramites, religious and lay people, will celebrate our Father and Founder, Saint Michael Garicoïts.

On the same date Pope Francis, accepting the request of the Higher Committee of Human Fraternity called all the faithful for a day of “prayer and supplication” to God for an end to the pandemic.

Since the feast of Saint Michael falls on the same day, we invite all the communities to live this moment of fasting, prayer and works of charity the day before or after May 14.  This will allow us to join the prayer going up to the Lord of Life from all humanity hit by this pandemic.
