Feast of the Annunciation

Dear Betharramites : Jesus’ gesture of love and Mary’s gentle availability strengthen us in the charism.

Let us be like them: worthy bearers of hope, of unity, of obedience and solidarity in the midst of a world that suffers and awaits a New Dawn.

“The little Jesus says to His Father, ‘Here I am’. May they be One. Oh heavenly Father behold Your Son, so worthy of You, just as His Mother is worthy of You. Behold a community similar to Your community. This little child and His Mother are just one, just as You are One.

This little child says, ‘Here I am’, just as His Mother says: ‘Behold the handmaid of the Lord’. It is the same humility, the same charity, the same unlimited obedience. It is the same sentiment, the same joy, the same devotion in the same vocation, belonging to the same community.” (DS 3)
