Welcome Mass and Induction of the new Parish Priest in Nottingham
On Monday, 9 September, the Parish of Corpus Christi, Clifton and Our Lady and St. Patrick’s, formally welcomed Fr. David Pitak Bithu SCJ as a new Parish Priest.
Canon John Kyne, Vicar General of the Diocese of Nottingham was the main celebrant of the Holy Mass for the new parish priest.
The religious of the Vicariate of England, together with Canon Malachy Brett, dean of the cathedral, joined the parishioners to welcome Fr. Pitak. After the mass, everyone was invited to continue the celebration with a refreshment offered by the Parish.
