The Superior General pays a visit to the Etchecopar family in Tucumán
Tuesday 2 April - Fr. Gustavo Agín SCJ, Superior General, on a canonical visit to the Vicariate of Argentina and Uruguay, went to the Province of Tucumán to meet some descendants of the family of Fr. Augusto Etchecopar.
A mass was celebrated at the Avellaneda family home, followed by a fraternal agape.
It was an Easter meeting, in which the announcement of the resurrection of the Lord and some news on the cause of canonization of the Servant of God were shared with the family of Fr. Etchecopar.
Everyone prayed for the Congregation and for the needs of the lay Betharramites, pilgrims in hope.
