Fr. Arsène Noba SCJ new parish priest of the Betharramite Parish of Niem
On Sunday, January 19, in the Betharramite parish of Niem (Central African Vicariate), Fr. Arsène Noba SCJ began his service as Parish Priest, succeeding Fr. Arialdo Urbani SCJ, founder of the Parish.
The joyful celebration, presided over by the Bishop of Bouar, Mgr. Miroslaw Gucwa, saw the participation of some brothers of the Vicariate, together with the Regional Vicar, Br. Angelo Sala SCJ.
This was also an opportunity for the faithful of Niem to express their gratitude to Father Arialdo who for almost forty years served the parish, building it both spiritually and materially.
The parish's journey now continues under the guidance of Fr. Arsène who has been in Niem since October 2024 to strengthen the community and support the Betharramite mission in Central African Republic.
