First profession in the Vicariate of the Ivory Coast
On Friday 28 July, on the solemnity of Our Lady of Betharram, the Vicariate of the Ivory Coast welcomed the first profession of Br Eugène Ishyirimbere SCJ.
The temporary vows were received by Fr Théophile Dégni SCJ, delegate of Fr Jean-Luc Morin SCJ, Regional Superior, during a solemn Eucharistic celebration.
Br Eugène Ishyirimbere SCJ was surrounded by relatives and friends who had come from afar to share this moment with him and to thank the Lord for choosing him. Let us pray to the Lord that he may inspire many vocations for our religious family.
