Br. Sergio Leiva scj ordained priest
On July 9, in the Betharramite parish of the Sacred Heart in Ciudad del Este, Br. Sergio Leiva SCJ was ordained a priest by the laying on of hands of the Rt Rev Mgr. Heinz Wilhelm Steckling, O.M.I., Bishop of Ciudad del Este.
Numerous Betharramite religious, family members and many parishioners took part in the ordination rite.
Fr. Tobia Sosio SCJ expressed, in a few words, his best wishes to Fr. Sergio: “Today we are proud to share this moment with you, Father Sergio, and as members of Vocation promotion team we want to take the opportunity to express our most heartfelt congratulations!”.
