Assembly of the Vicariate of Brazil
On 5 and 6 July, the Vicariate of Brazil held an Assembly, in the city of Passa Quatro, south of Minas Gerais, in the College "São Miguel", the first institution founded by the Betharramites in this country.
The religious continued to reflect on the themes in preparation for the Regional Chapter in view of the General Chapter of our Congregation: Meeting, Listening and Discerning.
The work was conducted by Fr. Paulo César Pinto SCJ, Regional Vicar in Brazil, and the Regional Superior, Fr. Daniel Gonzalez SCJ, was also present.
On this occasion the scholastics of the Region Ven. Fr. Augusto Etchecopar, Aníbal, Thiago and Oscar, received the ministry of the Acolyte.
The Eucharistic celebration, presided over by the Regional Superior and concelebrated by Fr. Paulo SCJ and Fr. Davi Lara SCJ, Master of Scholastics, was attended by all the religious and some lay betharramites.
