Conclusion of the month of the Rosary in the Sampran formation house
On 30 and 31 October, the Sampran formation community (Vicariate of Thailand) organized two days of retreat. On the evening of October 30, Fr. Enrico Frigerio SCJ, Regional Superior of the Region of St-Mary of Jesus Crucified, gave a reflection on Fr. Augusto Etchecopar.
The religious and the scholastics read testimonies on the rich personality of Fr. Etchecopar and, subsequently, shared their reflections.
On the morning of October 31, Fr. Rojo Thomas Kaviyl SCJ led the retreat on Devotion to the Mother of the Rosary. Fr. Rojo helped everyone to understand the importance of the rosary with hope and awareness.
After the confession, Fr. Chupong (of the Diocese of Chiang Mai) presided over the solemn Eucharist which began with a long procession from the main gate of the formation house, in which the statue of the Our Lady was carried and the rosary was recited as a conclusion of the month of the Rosary.
We thank the Lord for having given us his Mother as our Mother and we invoke her intercession.
