Good-bye to Fr Jean-Dominique Delgue scj

On Thursday 31st August Betharram welcomes many collaborators who wanted to be present to express their friendship to Fr Jean-Dominique Delgue SCJ, new Vicar General, leaving for Rome, his new destination. Those present were witness to his handover to Fr Laurent Bacho SCJ, new Regional Vicar of France and Spain.

Representatives from different places in the area, the Rest Home staff and its residents, the management members of the “Beau Rameau" school complex, workers, friends of the Sanctuary, the local clergy, the lay associated, the economic affairs council, neighborhood farmers, the chaplains for the young,: pratically about fifty people partecipated, happy to find out that Betharram is alive!

Fr Jean-Do thanked all those who performed services with dedication. The Mayor of the Municipality thanked the Congregation, which assembles in groups several people of the area.

Particular thanks to Fr Michel Vignau SCJ transferred to Pau community after having animated the Shrines for 9 years.
