Festive atmosphere in The Vicariate of India
The Vicariate of India was blessed with two other perpetually professed members: Bro. Reegan and Bro. Shamon.
The rite of the final profession took place on November 30, during a solemn celebration, presided over by Fr. Austin Hughes SCJ, Regional Superior of the St. Mary of Jesus Crucified Region, delegate of the Superior General.
The celebration was followed by a moment of sharing with family, friends and benefactors.
After their diaconal ordination, during a celebration presided over by Rev. Aloysius Paul D'Souza, Bishop of Mangalore, our brothers were sent on a mission: Br. Reegan to Hojai (Assam) and Br. Shamon to Tiptur.
We pray that they may be faithful servants, who running to embrace life’s call.
