Saturday May 20 - Today, the day has begun very early for Fr Tiziano Pozzi SCJ. Indeed, in recent days, little news has been received on the social situation of Central Africa, particularly in Niem, where a Betharramite community is present. The Chapter has therefore authorized him to anticipate his departure and leave the Chapter, so as too join his community in Niem.
Today was an intense day of work, we spent the day reviewing and listening to the proposals of the different groups for approval.
After the groups presentations we gathered into teams to consider different aspects; like Mission, Community, the Cause of Fr Etchecopar and Ecology which were current topic in the Chapter. In the afternoon we looked at different articles from the 'Rule of Life' that needed to be changed or clarified. During the whole day there was a cordial climate and active participation.
The day concluded with the celebration of the Eucharist presided by Fr Piero Trameri SCJ, in honour of our Mother of Betharram.
