Presentation of the new book by Fr. Luigi Speziale SCJ
On April 17, in the home for the aged "St. Carlo Borromeo” of Solbiate Comasco (Como, Italy), the new book written by Fr. Luigi Speziale SCJ was released: “The Holy Land of Mary of Nazareth. Here... where everything speaks of her.”
The event was attended by about a hundred people, including several Betharramite religious who came from the neighboring communities (Albavilla, Albiate and Lissone) and many of Fr. Luigi’s family members.
The director of Caritas of Jerusalem, Fr Raed Abusahlia, was the keynote speaker of the presentation. Fr Raed, editor of the book, was Fr. Luigi’s student during his seminary days.
Fr Raed presented a video message of the Emeritus Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem, His Beatitude Michel Sabbah, Father Luigi’s close friend; he also announced that the book will soon be printed to be used as a guide for pilgrims in the Holy Land.
