It's never too late... to learn accounting
From 26 to 29 of September Fr Graziano Sala, General Bursar, was in Chiang Mai community (Thailand). He gathered the superiors of the different communities and the religious ready to learn about the administrative system of the Congregation.
Fr Graziano was supported by Mr Luigi Pirovano, who has been working, for quite a few years, with the General House for the economic and administrative matters of the Congregation.
All the religious present were quite cooperative and available and were helped to focus on some aspects of the economic issue: first, the need to return to the Rule of Life, where we learn how to live the vow of poverty; then, on a practical level, how to draw up a budget and to keep the monthly accounting of the Vicariate and of the communities.
Typing on the keyboard of their laptops, all the religious entered the economic data of their communities in the administrative system of the Congregation.
