Sollemnitas Sacratissimi Cordis Iesu
Friday, 12 June - On the Solemnity of the Scared Heart of Jesus, the Bangalore Community celebrated the Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus along with the generous benefactors, teachers, and well-wishers.
Rev.Fr. Stervin SCJ, the main celebrant of the Festal Holy Mass, enlightened the community with his inspiring sermon where he highlighted the correlation of the functionalism of human organs, especially the heart and the characteristics of Jesus’ missionary life. After the celebration, the community and the boys of the Children Care Home joined with the invited guest for the tea-party. The presence of the parish priest, Rev. Fr. Andrews D’Souza also added color to the celebration.
