Pope Francis’s telegram to the Betharramite Religious in Rome
May 4th - On the occasione of the Centenary of the presence of Betharram in the Church of Santa Maria dei Miracoli in Rome, Pope Francis has sent a telegram to the Betharramite community in charge of this Marian Shrine.
After expressing his gratitude for the pastoral work carried out for one hundred years, Pope Francis wishes that “this anniversary may foster a renewed pastoral zeal, according to the charism of the congregation”. The community of via del Corso has received with great joy this telegram and it is happy to share this message with all the betharramite religious and laity throughout the world, in a special way with those who had come to Rome to celebrate the Centenary.
