The Vicariate of Brazil at the meeting

The meeting brought together 23 religious of the Vicariate, including 8 scholastics. Fr Gustavo Agin, Regional Superior was also present. The Vicariate gathered to pray together, to evaluate and reflect on the mission of every religious community and of the Vicariate (lights and shadows, projects for the future) and also to choose the delegates who will attend the Regional Chapter, to be held in Paraguay in July this year and, lastly, to develop our project and the annual agenda of the Vicariate.
The assembly was held in a fraternal atmosphere; in fact, the vicariate is experiencing the joy of the newly ordained priests (Father Marcelo, Fr Eder and Fr Chiquinho), the Deacon Wagner Ferreira, the newly professed and the upcoming diaconal ordinations of Br David and Br Glecimar, the perpetual vows of Brother Eudes celebrated on Saturday, February 1st in Belo Horizonte.
There could not be a more significant city in which to hold the Vicariate assembly. Looking towards the future, the Vicariate of Brazil has a "Belo Horizonte" (a radiant future), a source of joy for all.
