Meeting of the Religious
Wednesday, November 12, the community of Adiapodoume (Ivory Coast) welcomed the religious working in the parish sector.
This meeting brought together about fifty religious men and women from different congregations including the Passionist Sisters, the Sisters of Christian Doctrine of Nancy, two communities of religious Marianists, two communities of Sisters of the Shrine of Our Lady of Peace.
The aim of the gathering was to meet and share our common vocation.
The day began at 6 pm with the welcome of the communities.
Each one shared the news about their respective communities. Then we celebrated the Eucharist presided by Father Leo Pauels, dean of the priests.
Fr Sylvain Dansou SCJ, Superior of the formation house, gave the homily and the Small Choir "St. Michael Garicoits" animated the celebration. The evening ended with a fraternal meal.
