Traditional sports festival in San Jose College in Buenos Aires
Friday, November 22, in San Jose College of Buenos Aires, the 101st edition of the sports festival was celebrated. This event was organized for the first time in 1912 by Fr Touyarée .
This event consist of presenting the different sports and recreational activities which took place throughout the academic year.
The members of each class of the College show their activities conducted along the past year to relatives and friends.
This is also the final event for the 5th year’s students, the last in their curriculum.
Thus the atmosphere is both joyful and sad - joyful because of the different colors displayed during the celebration and the black and white, the colors of the College; this event is also tinged with sadness, because these young people parade for the last time in this 150 years old Betharramite Institution.
