Inauguration of the new academic year and kickoff of the community activities in Adiapodoume
Saturday, October 12, the formation house of Adiapodoume inaugurated the new academic year and the beginning of the community activities.
The Eucharistic celebration, at 6 pm, was presided by Fr Jean-Luc Morin scj, Regional Superior of the Region of Saint Michael Garicoïts. Fr Sylvain Dansou, Superior of the community, expressed his gratitude to the Regional Superior for having willingly accepted to preside over the celebration after such a long and tiring international flight. In his homily, Fr Jean-Luc encouraged the brothers to put in more zeal in their studies, in their prayer and in their fraternal life in community.
He also thanked the formators for the good work they are doing.
At the end of the celebration, the Regional Superior gave a camera to the communication team as a gift to help them carry out in a more effective way their duty in sharing the news with all the Betharramite communities throughout the world. On this occasion, Fr Jean-Luc blessed the new vehicle donated by “Au cœur du monde” to the formation house of Adiapodoumé. A fraternal meal brought the day to an end.
