On Sunday, January 27th , some young people from Yamoussoukro went for a pilgrimage to Sangrénou (near Djahakro) to celebrate the week prayer for the Christian Unity. They were led by Br Alfred and Fr Arsène who joined them only after celebrating the morning mass in the Parish.
Fr Théophile led a group of adult people, along with the choir Saint Felix, to the Methodist Church in Yamoussoukro for an ecumenical service to pray fro Christian Unity.
Fr Théophile gave the homily at the presence of the local Pastor and of one come from Toumodi. All enjoyed the service. The local Pastor wished that this kind of prayer meeting would be held more often and not only during the prayer for Christian Unity.
