Brazil - Paulinia

On January 27, in the community of St. Francis of Assisi (which is part of the Parish "Our Lady of the Beautiful Branch") in Paulinia, a parish assembly was held with the participation of representatives of all communities and movements of the parish.

214 people attended. The aim of the assembly was to evaluate the mission carried out by the community and to draw up a pastoral project for the next pastoral year taking into account the events in the Parish: the Year of Faith; the 150th Anniversary of Saint Michael Garicoïts death; the World Youth Day; the Charity campaign launched every year by the Bishops Conference of Brazil. The Assembly began at 8 am with the Eucharistic Celebration and wound up at 3.30 pm. On the agenda: prayer and singing sessions, sharing and reflection on the different themes for the communities and movements. The meeting was ended with a good meal.
