Beginning of the year in honor of St. Michael Garicoïts, Martin Coronado
On May 14, the Betharramite community of Martin Coronado celebrated the beginning of the year in honor of St. Michael Garicoïts with different events at the Sacred Heart College.
Along with the two thousand students and more than one hundred and fifty teachers and members of the non-teaching staff of the college, the religious of the community shared a presentation on the life of St. Michael, set up many activities at different levels in art workshops and organized games on the football ground for the students of both the colleges. Then followed a refreshment based on the traditional alfajores. The day ended with a video presentation on Saint Michael Garicoits and a thanksgiving prayer led by Fr Giancarlo. Saint Michael deserves all this. We are proud of him! He urges us on to be more and more disciples and missionaries like him. Well done Saint Michael!
