From November 26th to December 5th the Regional Vicar of Thailand, Fr Tidkham, went to Vietnam to pay a visit to the parents of Tuan (the young Betharramite aspirant), to his Parish priest and the Bishop of Thanh Hoa Diocese.
He met the Rector of the Seminary in Thanh Hoa along with two candidates who were introduced to him by Fr.Nam at Sam Son.
It was a good opportunity for him to visit La Vang where Our Lady appeared. The next day he visited the Benedictine Monastery and the Sacred Heart Seminary in Hue.
Fr Tidkham enjoyed a warm welcome and hospitality; all this is a sign of the growing friendship between Betharram and the Church in Vietnam.
