Holy Land - Bethlehem
On the initiative of the Franciscan Custody of the Holy Land, on October 13 there was a pilgrimage to Capernaum "the city of Jesus."
At the invitation of the Guardian of the Holy Land, the novices, the novice master, Fr Jacky Moura and Fr Philippe Hourcade, also attended. The pilgrims had gathered in this holy place, to remember Jesus presence, his preaching and his miracles.
They also put their steps in the footsteps of Jesus going from Nazareth to Capernaum, while recalling his preaching, his inviting people to conversion, and his calling Peter and Andrew, James and John to follow Him.
For the Novices this was a meaningful event allowing them to reflect on their own call to follow Christ.
