Holy Land - Bethlehem
Friday, September 21, feast of St. Matthew, the ceremony of admission to the novitiate took place in the novitiate house of Bethlehem.
The ceremony was attended by all the members of the community of Bethlehem and by Fr Philippe Hourcade, from the community of Nazareth.
The novices are Firmin-Evasié, Joseph and Abib; the novice master is Fr Jacky Moura.
During this ceremony some articles of the Rule of Life, concerning formation, were read out and the text of the Spiritual Doctrine of Saint Michael was handed to the novices as a sign of their initial commitment to the congregation. Fr Jacky highlighted that as novices they are called to a profound experience of Gods love in their life. May our prayers support them!
