Italy - Montemurlo
On Saturday, October 20th , the young people who were at Betharram in July (26-30) for the Centenary of the Crowning of Our Lady, gathered at Montemurlo (Italy).
This gathering was an opportunity not only to meet again after the experience of Betharram, but also to plan the meeting of all the young betharramites which will take at Passa Quatro (Brazil) before the WYD in Rio.
Under the guidance of Fr Simone Panzeri and Fr Aldo Nespoli, the group shared their experience and put forward some ideas and some practical suggestions for the upcoming events.
In tune with the name of the movement, BetharrAmici (Friends of Betharram), it was planned to involve the youth of the Parish Communities in Italy, by organising monthly meetings in order to go deeper into the spirituality of Saint Michael and to plan some events involving the local groups.
For the time being this is a seed of hope but it is bound to grow!
