It contains the artistic production of a lifetime.   What Card Martini writes in the short foreword (his last piece of writing?) is quite meaningful: “It is a joy to hail this brave publication, it is like an opera omnia  (…). It is a valuable duty of the Church to guide people in understanding the interior dimension of the person so well expressed by the Artist through his utilisation of colours and shapes”.
