Italy - Albiate
For the centenary celebrations of the of Our Lady of Betharram, the Vicariate of Italy is preparing for the event with the Peregrinatio Mariae across the communities of the peninsula.
The start of the solemn pilgrimage of the statue of Our Lady of the Beautiful Branch was launched by the Community of Albiate where, on May 23-24, the community of Betharram fathers with friends, priests and lay people, animated the prayer of the Holy Rosary, led by the Vicar, Fr. Aldo Nespoli, and the celebration of the Holy Eucharist presided over by the parish priest (Father Giampiero Magni) of the Pastoral Community of the Holy Spirit, to which the community of Albiate belongs. It was a joyful and simple celebration marked by the fervent participation of all the people: the family of God gathered around Mother Mary.
In the following days Our Lady visited the Betharram Community in Parma. From there she will continue her journey across Italy. The end of the journey will be on July 26-30 when a great pilgrimage will accompany her to Betharram for the celebrations of the Centenary of her crowing.
